IngredientsGluten-Free All-Purpose Flour or Almond Flour - 1 cup. Olive Oil or Melted Unsalted Butter - ⅓ cup (plus extra for greasing). Chocolate Chips - ¼ cup. Bees & Trees Mānuka Honey - 3 tbsp. Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp. Baking Powder - ½ tsp. Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 scoops. Flaky Sea Salt - sprinkle. |
Directions

Add flour, baking powder, vanilla, honey, and oil/butter into a bowl.

Mix until a dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.

Grease a small cast iron skillet with butter or oil.

Press dough evenly into skillet.

Bake at 350°F for 10–13 minutes.

Cool for 5 minutes.

Top with vanilla ice cream.

Finish with flaky sea salt and serve warm.
