Manuka Chocolate Chip Skillet

Warm, gooey & straight from the skillet 🍪🍯

Ingredients

Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour or Almond Flour - 1 cup.

Olive Oil or Melted Unsalted Butter - ⅓ cup (plus extra for greasing).

Chocolate Chips - ¼ cup.

Bees & Trees Mānuka Honey - 3 tbsp.

Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.

Baking Powder - ½ tsp.

Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 scoops.

Flaky Sea Salt - sprinkle.

Directions

  1. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla, honey, and oil/butter into a bowl.

  2. Mix until a dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.

  3. Grease a small cast iron skillet with butter or oil.

  4. Press dough evenly into skillet.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 10–13 minutes.

  6. Cool for 5 minutes.

  7. Top with vanilla ice cream.

  8. Finish with flaky sea salt and serve warm.
