Manuka Brownie Bites

A Sweet, Antioxidant-Packed Snack

Ingredients

Pitted Dates, pitted - 1 package.

Oat Flour - 2 tbsp.

Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp.

Nut Butter of Choice - 2 tbsp.

Manuka Honey - 1 tbsp.

Sea Salt - Large pinch.

Melted Chocolate Chips - ½ cup.

 

Directions

  1. Pulse dates, nut butter, oat flour, cocoa powder, Manuka honey, and salt until smooth and dough-like

  2. Roll into small bites, dip in melted chocolate, and place on a parchment-lined tray.

  3. Top with flaky salt, coconut, nuts, or cacao nibs.

  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before enjoying. Store in the fridge.
