Manuka Blondies

Don’t knock it till you try it—these are gooey, sweet, and loaded with fiber + protein.

Ingredients

Chickpeas (rinsed & drained) - 1 can.

Almond Butter - ½ cup.

Mānuka Honey - ⅓ cup.

Vanilla Extract - 2 tsp.

Sea Salt - ½ tsp.

Baking Soda - ¼ tsp.

Chocolate Chips - ⅓ cup.

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pan.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes.

  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and enjoying.
