Dot Cake

Soft, Sweet & Playfully Sprinkled.

Ingredients

Olive Oil - ¼ cup (plus extra for greasing).

Egg - 1.

Almond Milk - ¼ cup.

Bees & Trees Mānuka Honey - 2 tbsp.

Almond or Oat Flour - ½ cup.

Baking Powder - 1 tsp.

Frosting

Dot Sprinkles - ¼ cup.

Coconut Cream or Cream Cheese - ½ cup.

Bees & Trees Mānuka Honey - 1 tbsp.

Directions

  1. Mix all cake ingredients together in a medium bowl.

  2. Grease a ramekin and pour in the batter.

  3. Bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes.

  4. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.

  5. Mix coconut cream or cream cheese with Mānuka honey to make frosting.

  6. Spread frosting over the cake.

  7. Pour sprinkles onto a plate and gently dip the cake into them.

  8. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.
