IngredientsOlive Oil - ¼ cup (plus extra for greasing). Egg - 1. Almond Milk - ¼ cup. Bees & Trees Mānuka Honey - 2 tbsp. Almond or Oat Flour - ½ cup. Baking Powder - 1 tsp. FrostingDot Sprinkles - ¼ cup. Coconut Cream or Cream Cheese - ½ cup. Bees & Trees Mānuka Honey - 1 tbsp. |
Directions
Mix all cake ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Grease a ramekin and pour in the batter.
Bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes.
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
Mix coconut cream or cream cheese with Mānuka honey to make frosting.
Spread frosting over the cake.
Pour sprinkles onto a plate and gently dip the cake into them.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.
