Directions

Open dates in half and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Press dates together to form one flat layer.

Mix almond butter and Mānuka honey, then spread over dates.

Melt the chocolate and mix in nuts and coconut chips.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the date layer.

Freeze for 1 hour.

Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.

Break into pieces and enjoy.
