Crispy Prosciutto Cups with Cheese, Apple & Manuka Honey

Effortless & Impressive Bites

(Make 12 Cups)

Ingredients 

Prosciutto, thin slices - 12.

Soft Cheese (such as brie, goat cheese, or cream cheese) - 4 oz.

Crisp Apple (e.g., Honeycrisp or Fuji), thinly sliced - 1.

Manuka Honey - 2–3 tsp.

Fresh Thyme Leaves (optional, for garnish) - as needed.

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare cups: Gently press each slice of prosciutto into the wells of a mini muffin tin, folding as needed to form a cup shape.

  3. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crisp and golden. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes.

  4. Fill: Add a spoonful of cheese to each cooled cup, top with a slice of apple, and drizzle lightly with Manuka honey.

  5. Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired. Serve immediately for the perfect sweet-and-savory bite.
