Refund Policy

Bees & Trees Honey LLC

We accept returns and exchanges.

Our refund policy is pretty simple.  If you are not happy with our product for any reason, return the unused portion and we'll refund your purchase price in full plus your cost to ship the product back to us.  We think our honey tastes great, and we only want raving fans for customers.  So if you try it and don't like it, just send it back, simple as that.  

If you want to return your purchase send us an email at sales@beesandtrees.com and send your item to: 540 Valley Green Drive, Atlanta, Georgia, US, 30342.  In order for us to process your return, and credit you correctly, please include your name and the approximate date of purchase.  

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

If you are shipping 3 or more jars to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
