OVERVIEW Bees & Trees is thrilled to celebrate the spirit of summer (and our amazing community of honey lovers) with the New Zealand Summer 2025 Giveaway (the “Promotion”). These Official Rules explain how to enter, who can win, the prizes at stake, and the legal terms protecting you and us. By entering, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to follow these Official Rules.
1. ELIGIBILITY The Promotion is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry: • are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia; and • are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older). Employees, non-content creator contractors, and immediate family/household members of Bees & Trees Honey LLC (the “Sponsor”) are not eligible. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD Starts 12:00:00 AM ET June 1, 2025 • Ends 11:59:59 PM PT August 3, 2025. Sponsor’s servers are the official time‑keeping devices.
3. HOW TO ENTER All entrants must be subscribed to the B&T email list (free to join) and complete at least one of the entry actions below during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying action earns the number of sweepstakes entries listed.
Entry Integrity: Limit one Entrant per natural person. Entries earned via multiple accounts, automated means, self-referrals, duplicate reviews/questionnaires, more than one mail-in card per calendar day, or any transaction that is cancelled, refunded, charged-back, or returned will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to combine, delete, or otherwise adjust entries to enforce these Rules.

Entry Multipliers – At Sponsor's discretion, certain purchase windows may earn points multipliers (announced on beesandtrees.com and social). Mail‑in entries may request the multiplier by writing “ENTRY MULTIPLIER [X]” on the envelope.
4. PRODUCT RETURNS No Entries for Returned Purchases: If any product for which sweepstakes entries were awarded is returned for a refund, all entries earned from that transaction are automatically void and will be deducted from the entrant’s total, even if a refund is still pending at the time of a drawing. If a referred purchase is returned, cancelled, or charged back for any reason, the 250 ‘Refer-a-Friend’ entries awarded to the referring Entrant will likewise be cancelled. Any cancellation, charge-back, or payment reversal likewise voids the associated entries.
Return Deadline: Products purchased during the Promotion Period may be returned only if the merchandise is received by the Sponsor on or before 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on August 3, 2025 (48 hours prior to the first scheduled drawing). No returns will be accepted after that deadline, regardless of any satisfaction‑guarantee terms that ordinarily apply to Sponsor’s products.
Effect on Winners: If, after a drawing but before prize fulfillment, Sponsor discovers that a selected winner earned entries from a purchase that has been returned or refunded, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) invalidate those entries and redraw from remaining eligible entries, or (b) require the potential winner to repurchase the returned product within three (3) calendar days as a condition of receiving the prize.
No Waiver of Statutory Rights: Nothing in this section limits any non‑waivable consumer protections under applicable law; however, any statutory right to rescind or return a purchase will likewise rescind the associated sweepstakes entries.
5. RANDOM DRAWINGS & WINNER SELECTION Seven (7) weekly prizes and one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Random drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor using independent sweepstakes software (e.g., ViralSweep) from among all eligible entries received for each entry period:

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION Potential winners will be notified by email (and, if provided, phone) using the contact information associated with their entry.
They must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS/CRA tax form (if applicable) within 15 days.
Non‑response or non‑compliance will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.

The grand prize includes round-trip airfare from a major metropolitan city in the US to New Plymouth in the Taranaki region of New Zealand. Hotels, meals, and transportation within New Zealand are all included for your first 5 nights. Upon arrival in Auckland, you’ll spend two nights where you can adjust to the time change while exploring and experiencing New Zealand’s largest and most dynamic city. You’ll stay in downtown Auckland, within walking distance of the ferry terminal. Several islands in the Hauraki Gulf present great options for day trips, including maybe visiting a vineyard on Waiheke Island or hiking up the iconic Rangitoto volcano.
On day 3 of the trip, you’ll fly from Auckland to New Plymouth and travel on to Stratford. There you will be hosted by Bees & Trees for 3 nights. Planned activities include a tour and walk within the Rotokare scenic native bird reserve, a hands-on tour of our honey extraction facility, a helicopter flight to tour the eastern Taranaki hill country with stops at an apiary site to see up close the process of our bees making Manuka honey. There will be time for additional exploration within the Mt Taranaki National Park. Winners may then travel to other parts of New Zealand and extend their visit at their own expense. Travel dates will be finalized with input from the prize winner, but travel start will be approximately Jan 24 and Feb 8 2026 to coincide with the honey production season.
8. PRIZE REDEMPTION ARVs (Approximate Retail Value) are in United States dollars based on average retail prices at the time these Official Rules were finalized; actual retail prices may vary. Winners are responsible for all taxes, licensing, registration, insurance, and any travel required to claim or use a prize. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash value.
9. CONSENT, PUBLICITY, & MARKETING By accepting a prize, the winners will consent to signing a travel liability waiver, agree that Sponsor may use their first name, city, state/province, and photos or videos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. PRIVACY Information collected is governed by the B&T Privacy Policy (beesandtrees.com/pages/privacy‑policy) and will be used only to administer the Promotion and contact winners.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning. Any attempt to undermine the Promotion may violate criminal and civil laws; Sponsor reserves all rights.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize, except where prohibited.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Before initiating legal action, the parties agree to attempt mediation in the State of Georgia. If mediation fails, any suit shall be brought exclusively in Georgia courts, and participants waive any right to trial by jury.
